  • Inflation expectations have gone bye bye along with the stock market and oil price.
  • For central banks, there are reasons to create more money and credit out of nothing.
  • Get ready for the release of pent-up demand.

The risk of higher inflation increases because of aggressive central bank reactions to the economic slowdown. Recent declines in inflation expectations pushed central banks into action. This may give us a 2021- first half U.S. CPI above 4%.
