Things aren’t good for Boeing. The stock has gone down about 40 dollars in the last two months. Not good. The grounding of the 737-Max has caused its share of shockwaves through the aviation industry.
I ran across an article on Boeing by Matt Stoller. He points out that Boeing had had difficulties twenty years ago. Cost overruns mainly. He also wrote that Boeing accounting practices hide risk.
In light of the 737 Max scandal, Boeing’s cash flow is at a negative. In 2019, operations went through 226 million dollars.
