Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell spoke yesterday (09.06.19) at the conference sponsored by the Swiss Institute of International Studies at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
The Fed is scheduled to meet on September 17 and 18. In his remarks yesterday, Powell said a recession is not expected. His remarks were upbeat.
